If you’re finding it difficult to cope, we can deliver frozen meals directly to your doorstep in the Gippsland area, ensuring you have one less worry during challenging times.
Mental Health Referrals: “Connecting You with the Right Support” Your mental well-being is our priority. If you’re experiencing mental health difficulties, we can provide referrals to trusted organizations that specialize in mental health support. Our goal is to connect you with the resources you need to find hope and healing.
Free Mental Health Retreat: “A Retreat for Renewal and Resilience” Are you interested in attending our free mental health retreat? This free mental health retreat offers 2-3 days of rest, counseling, and support, designed to help you reset and rejuvenate. To check your eligibility and join our waitlist, please fill out the form below. A GP letter referral is required to apply. Once approved, we will contact you with the dates of your stay.
